Ircon Infrastructure & Services Limited (IrconISL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ircon International Limited, which is a government company under the Ministry of Railways engaged in providing project management, quality management, safety, health and environment related consultancy services and other business support and incidental services to clients in India and abroad.
The company invites applications from dynamic Engineers for the following post on Contract basis (three years) at fixed all inclusive salary for posting in its Foreign Projects.

Project Engineer (Civil)
Fixed Salary in Myanmar @ USD 2250/- pm with annual increment of USD 50/-
In Indian Rupees – Rs. 1501087.5
Total Posts – 6 Nos. (UR-5, OBC-1)
Asstt. Project Engineer (Civil)
Fixed Salary in Myanmar @ USD 1150/- pm with annual increment of USD 25/-
In Indian Rupees – Rs. 77222.5
Total Post – 10 Nos. (UR-7, OBC-2 & SC-1)
Works Engineer (Civil)
Fixed Salary in Myanmar @ USD 900/- pm with annual increment of USD 25/-
In Indian Rupees – Rs. 60435
Total Post – 10 Nos. (UR-7, OBC-2 & SC-1)
Age Relaxations : The upper age limits are further relaxable in deserving cases having relevant experience and as per Government of India’s guidelines. Passport : Candidate must have valid passport. In absence of same, the candidate should submit proof of having submitted application for Passport (however in such cases appointment will be subject to issuance of passport only
Medical Standards: Selected candidates will undergo prescribed health examination for the job before they join the post. Candidates should be in sound health and free from colour blindness
Selection Process: Selection will be through Interview.
General Terms of Appointment for IRCON International Recruitment
A-1. Above posts are specifically for Myanmar Projects and not for regular establishment of IrconISL. The appointment is purely on contract initially for three years, extendable further as per company’s requirements and performance of the candidates. The contract appointment is also co-terminus with the project and will not confer any right to claim absorption in regular establishment of company. Selected candidate will be posted to any project/location in Myanmar at discretion of the company. Contract can be terminated by IrconISL by giving one month notice at any time.
A-2 There are no allowances over and above the fixed monthly pay.
A-3 NRE benefits (Income tax exemptions) shall be applicable for above appointment.
A-4 Reimbursement for indoor treatment for self at the place of posting only would be permissible as per company’s rule.
A-5 Bachelor accommodation (dormitory) will be provided in Myanmar at place of posting. Mess facility (chargeable) shall also be provided.
A-6 Minimum PF as prescribed under the EPF & MP Act 1952 will be deducted from the salary and a matching contribution will be made by the company.
A-7 15 days earned leave would be admissible on completion of every 6 months service which would be accumulated and encashed at the time of cessation of contract. No other type of leave would be admissible.
A-8 An insurance coverage of Rs. 10 Lac will be given on foreign posting to provide financial security.
A-9 Airfare (economy class) for mobilization and demobilization for self only shall be paid by IrconISL. VISA shall be arranged by IrconISL. During contract period, selected candidate will be reimbursed one time return economy airfare for visit to India on completion of 18 months of service in Myanmar.
A-10 No other perks or benefits would be admissible except the above.
A-11 Surety Bond: Selected candidates have to execute a bond of Rupees 5 lakhs for Project Engineer (Civil), Rs.3 lakhs for Asstt. Project Engineer (Civil) & Rs.2 lakhs for Works Engineers to serve the company for contract period.
A-12 10% of monthly salary will be kept as retention money, which shall be refunded (without any interest) on successful & faithful completion of contract period.
A-13 On successful completion of assignment in Myanmar, based on the performance of the individual & requirement of the company, the above posts/candidates may be considered for regular appointment in IrconISL
