The online applications are invited from Indian Citizens as per Govt. of India’s Residency Scheme, for the
posts of Senior Residents initially for the period of 3 years in prescribed format.
[[res.jobpage.salary_information]]:Senior Resident (Medical): Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + 6,600 (Grade Pay) + NPA (Non Practicing Allowance) plus other usual allowance. NPA is not applicable to non-medical candidates.

The last date for applying for the post of Senior Residents is 30th day (17:00 hrs.) from the date of publishing of the advertisement in Employment News.

a) Upper age limit as on 31/07/2016 will be 33 years.
b) For those applying for these posts after completing DM/M.Ch Courses, the upper age limit as on 31.07.2016 will
be 35 years.
Age relaxation: For SC/ST candidates: 5 years, For OBC candidates: 3 years.
In the case of Orthopaedics Physically Handicapped (OPH) candidates, this is relaxable upto maximum period of 10 years for General Category, 13 years for OBC category and 15 years for SC/ST category candidates.
